Treatments

All sessions are delivered within the framework of Advanced Integrative Massage Therapy — a fascia-led, nervous system-informed approach that works with the body as an interconnected system.

Rather than isolating symptoms, each method addresses the connective tissue, lymphatic pathways and regulatory systems that influence overall function.

Fascia surrounds and connects every structure in the body. When it becomes restricted, it can influence movement, fluid exchange and nervous system signalling — contributing to tension patterns, digestive discomfort, sleep disruption and stress-related holding.

By working with both structure and regulation, treatments aim to support meaningful change rather than temporary relief.

How the Methods Differ

Each method has a primary focus while remaining grounded in the same integrative philosophy.

Some sessions are designed for deeper structural release.
Others are focused specifically on fluid movement or upper-body regulation.

All are delivered with intention, presence and clinical awareness.

If you are unsure which session is right for you, guidance is available.

What to Expect

Sessions are hands-on and responsive to how your body presents on the day.

Depending on the method selected, techniques may include:

• Myofascial release to restore connective tissue mobility
• Buccal (intraoral) therapy for deeper jaw access
• Craniosacral therapy to support nervous system regulation
• Lymphatic drainage to encourage fluid movement
• Breathwork to influence vagal tone
• Gentle abdominal work to support digestion
• Red light therapy and sound integration where appropriate

The pace is unhurried. Pressure is layered and precise rather than forceful.

As structural tension softens, the nervous system often shifts toward a more regulated state.

Choosing Your Session

If you are experiencing:

Jaw tension, clenching or TMJ discomfort → The Buccal Release Method

Full-body tightness, restriction or fluid retention → The Fascia Flow Method

Upper-body stress without intraoral work → The Cranial Restore Method

Fluid retention, post-illness recovery or lymphatic congestion → The Lymphatic Flow Method

Each method is complete in itself and designed to meet a specific focus while maintaining a whole-body perspective.
