Appointment care
Each appointment is reserved especially for you and time is intentionally kept unhurried.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to someone else waiting for care.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so the following appointment is not affected.
The full appointment fee will still apply.
Missed appointments
Appointments missed without notice may be charged at the full treatment fee.
