Kinesiology

A gentle treatment that works with the connection between the body, nervous system and stored stress patterns.

Using light muscle feedback, kinesiology helps identify where the body is holding strain and supports it to reorganise and settle. Rather than analysing problems mentally, the body is allowed to communicate what it needs to restore balance.

Sessions are calm, supportive and paced so change can occur without overwhelm.

How it works

The body often holds past stress long after the event has passed — in posture, breathing patterns and muscular tension.

Kinesiology uses subtle muscle testing and gentle corrective techniques to help the nervous system release these protective patterns.

When the system no longer needs to guard, physical and emotional responses can shift naturally.
