This is the session where all supportive methods may be incorporated depending on what your body responds to best.

These may include myofascial release, cranial techniques, guided breathing, gentle cupping, moxibustion, sound therapy, heat therapy and high-grade red light therapy to support muscle and tendon recovery.

Techniques are chosen in the moment rather than fixed to a routine, allowing the body to respond gradually and comfortably.
