Kathryn has always had an interest in health and wellness, after finishing school she completed an office traineeship at Niagra Therapy a business selling massage equipment and from there went on to do a natural therapies traineeship at Middle Park Natural therapies.

Leaving the industry for many years to take a different career path and to start a family Kathryn decided she would follow her passion once again and in 2013 completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage. Shortly after she furthered her studies completing her Dry Needling/Cupping, Advanced Pregnancy and Sports Trainer courses.

After graduating Kathryn worked at Studio Essence Day Spa, Sandringham Osteo Clinic, Edithvale Physio, QI Rhytum Mobile Pregnancy Massage, and ran her own Corporate Massage business and whilst training the Edithvale Aspendale Football Club in 2015.

In 2016 after working at Chelsea Remedial Massage for sometime Kathryn was given the opportunity to become Director of the practice, since then she has moved the practice to Bonbeach and extended the services to make it holistic wellness centre offering a wide range of complimentary services with a great team of qualified and trusted therapists.
